We have joined forces with Claudio, a passionate local home chef in Florence, to learn to make simple Italian recipes that can be prepared in your own kitchen.
Our March menu will be an Italian Antipasto of a simple but delicious bruschetta fettunta with other seasonal specialities and Tagliatelle al Ragu alla Bolognese (pasta with meat sauce). We’ll take you step-by-step through each recipe, showing you kitchen secrets and tricks used during the preparation process to carefully prepare the meal.
